Turnaround Time :

Given that the turnaround time can vary depending on the number of orders and my personal life, the current turnaround time is displayed in the banner at the top of my website, so just look up at your screen to know the current turnaround time.

Please note, the turnaround time is only an estimate and not an absolute guarantee. I am human, so there may be times when I send the design after the indicated turnaround time. If you need the design by a specific and close date, please email me at aaliyahsmansion@gmail.com before purchasing any service.

The Process :

A few days or weeks after your purchase (please check the turnaround time), I will send you your design.

Revisions :

Clients are entitled to an unlimited number of revisions within 7 days of receiving the final design. After this period, no further changes will be accepted unless agreed upon for an additional fee.

Refunds :

Except under specific circumstances outlined below, I do not offer refunds once the payment has been made and the project has begun.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a project at any time, with or without providing a reason. In such cases, the client will receive a full refund. Additionally, if a client fails to complete the initial project questionnaire within 72 hours of purchase, the project will be cancelled and refunded.
